How to make curry
Step 1

Chop the onions into small pieces and fry at low heat with olive oil and butter



Step 2

Pour 3cups of water and add 2cubes of Japanese curry. Simmer at medium heat and add milk. I used coconut milk.

Step 3

Cook pork in separate water for a short time. It makes ur curry taste more delicate.

Step 4

Add pork into curry and simmer at low heat until your curry becomes thick (soupy texture)

Fry thin-sliced garlic in an olive oil at a very low heat

Step 6

Chop the scallions for topping

Step 7

Boil water in a small pot and turn off the heat. Add a cup of cold water and put room temperature eggs. Cover with a lid and leave for 15 mins

How to plate ur curry
Step 8

Cover your rice (Asian rice preferred) with curry and sprinkle with veggie toppings. Crack the onsen tamago on ur curry and enjoy!
