Zucchini corn tacos with three cheeses

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 220°c. Heat the sheet pan for 10-15min
Step 2
Sauté the veggies for 7-10min
Step 3
Make the cheese mixture
Step 4
Remove the pan from the oven. Grease it generously. Add tortillas, coating both sides with oil.
Step 5
Top each tortilla with a couple of spoonfuls of cheese mix. Spread well. Then add a spoonful of veggie mixture. Bake for 10min
Step 6
Remove tortillas from the oven, fold them over and gently press. Top each tortilla with a few spoonfuls of Parmesan. Bake for another 10min.
Step 7
Serve with the dip
