Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 °C.
Step 2
Spray muffin tray with frylight.
Step 3
Mix all the wet ingredients together and blitz OR mash the banana and mix in a bowl with a whisk/spoon.
Step 4
Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
Step 5
Break the chocolate up into chunks.
Step 6
Combine the wet and dry ingredients and fold in the chocolate.
Step 7
Evenly spread out the mixture into a muffin tray or use muffin cases instead of frylight.
Step 8
Bake in the oven for ~20 mins and enjoy :)
