Delicious breakfast with tomatoes and eggs, serve with warm crusty bread

Instructions
Step 1
Heat wide pan to medium with oil and simmer salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper
Step 2
Add tomatoes and simmer into a thickened sauce, break down tomatoes and adjust for seasoning and spice level
Step 3
Using a spoon pull back sauce to form a pocket and drop room temperature eggs one at a time into them. Let poach by covering and taking off heat.
Step 4
Once eggs are nearly done, add the remaining toppings and continue to warm by putting back on heat if necessary.
Step 5
Serve up with crusty bread and turkish tea if you desire.
