2 cupscroutons
4 Tbspunsalted butter
¼ cupfresh herbs
cilantro, oregano, sage
4 cupsbaby kale
2 cupsbaby spinach
6 slicescooked bacon

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Step 3
In a bowl, whisk together the syrup, vinegar, garlic, mustard, salt and pepper. Pour in the bacon fat while whisking.
Step 4
Assemble the salad by tossing the kale in a bit of vinaigrette. Add the bacon slices and a handful of croutons and the peeled hard boiled eggs. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top if desired and serve with extra dressing if you want to.
