Step 1
Cook the frankies in the microwave for 1 min on 1/2 power.
Step 2
Meanwhile chop the onion and peppers and fry in a pan of frylight until softened.
Step 3
Chop the cooked sausage and add to the pan. Season with taco seasoning.
Step 4
Wash 4 romaine lettuce leaves and dry.
Step 5
When cooked, serve the taco filling into each leaf and top with salsa. Enjoy.
