Instructions
Step 1
Chop the onion into slices and chop the garlic into small pieces.
Step 2
Add a little oil to a pan on medium heat.
Step 3
Add the onion and garlic and fry until cooked.
Step 4
Add 6-7 tbsp of coconut milk powder to 2 cups of hot water and stir well.
Step 5
Add the coconut milk to the onion and garlic.
Step 6
Stir in the turmeric, curry leaves and salt to taste.
Step 7
Keep on the heat until it starts to boil, then it’s ready.
Step 8
If you want to make a potato curry or bean curry, boil and wash the veg and add to the curry.
