extra, or silken tofu, cubed

70frozen peas & carrots

1fresh chili

4 slicesginger
chopped

¼ teaspoonsSichuan peppercorns

oil

coriander
chopped, garnish

1 Tbspcorn starch
cornstarch slurry

1 Tbspwater

Instructions
Step 1
In a heated non-stick pan with 3 teaspoons oil, sauté ginger until they turn light brown and fragrant. Add in peas, carrots, peppercorns, chili, sauce and hot water, let simmer for 2 minutes.




Step 2
Slowly add tofu in the pan, cook for around 3 minutes until tofu is coated well with sauce. Add more soy sauce if necessary.

Step 3
Stir in cornstarch slurry & serve warm with rice or noodles


Step 4
Garnish with coriander
