2 tablespoonsegg whites
0.5 ounceshredded cheese

Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
2. Spray a muffin pan with non-stick spray. Line each cup with 2 wonton wrappers creating a cup.
Step 3
3. Mix in cream cheese seasonings if you'd like.
Step 4
4. Fill each cup with 1 tablespoon of cream cheese, 1 oz. of ham, and 2 tablespoons egg whites. Top each with ½ ounce of shredded cheese and green onions.
Step 5
5. Bake for 35 - 40 minutes or until eggs are fully set.
Step 6
6. Let cool for at least 20 minutes before lifting them out so they hold their shape.
Step 7
7. Reheat in the air fryer at 350 degrees for 5-7 minutes or microwave for 1-2 minutes. Enjoy!
