Fennel, lentils and kale

Instructions

Step 1
Cut fennel into fairly thin wedges. Fry in olive oil on both sides, until golden. Add the butter. Allow it to caramelize for 4 min and take aside
Step 2
In another pan, fry all bits that fell apart in olive oil. Add fennel seeds, lentils and kale. Then add lemon zest and juice. Add salt and pepper. Add another knob of butter and fennel leaves.
Step 3
Serve golden wedges over kale, lentil and fennel fry.
