Instructions
Step 1
Mix diced onion and breadcrumbs in a large bowl
Step 2
Grate zucchini and carrot into the bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Step 3
Scoop up 1/4cup mixture to form your pattie. Repeat for remaining mixture. Should make 10-12 patties.
Step 4
Heat oil in pan over medium heat.
Cook for 4 minutes one side and turn over. Cook until golden. Repeat for rest of patties.
