Herbes butter
Step 1
Warm the butter to room temperature. It should not melt.

Chop the chives, parsley and garlic.
Step 3
Add all the ingredients to the butter and mix well.

Slice the champignons and red onion.

Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium. Add the champignons and fry for about 2min until brown.

Add the onions and seasoning. Fry for another 2min.

Pure in the red wine and let reduce for about 2min.
Chicken

Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium. Add the chicken and half the seasoning. Put on a lid and let fry for about 3-4min.

Flip the chicken and season again. Put on a lid and let fry for another 3-4min.
Step 10
Cut the chicken into slices.
Sandwich
Step 11
Cut the baguette in half. Spread both halves with the herbes butter.
Step 12
Top the bottom half with the vegetables and chicken.
Step 13
Stack the other half on top and enjoy!
