Instructions

Step 1
Pre-cook the breakfast potatoes with your preferred seasonings. Then separate the potatoes evenly into your meal prep dishes. Cook two pieces of Turkey bacon per container. Cut into pieces and separate evenly into the containers. Add about 2 TBLS of shredded cheese. When you are ready to eat, crack 2 eggs into the container and mix well. Microwave for 45 seconds, stir well. Then microwave for an additional 45 seconds.
