Step 1
Sear meat in oil and remove, add onion with splash of bone broth to deglaze, add rest of vegetables, add meat back with other vegetables, seasoning/herbs, and rest of broth. Cook on low 3-5 hours - when almost done add liquid with flour to make gravy and add back in
