Instructions

Step 1
Thinly slice Brussel sprouts and place into pan with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Sauté until crispy and add maple syrup. Sauté and keep moving for five minutes and serve. Top with feta and pine nuts, and drizzle your choice of balsamic vinegar or balsamic glaze over top.
