Step 1
1. Shred Kale to desired size

2. Shred carrot with a grater or food processor
Step 3
Add minced garlic to a pan with butter, cook on medium heat until garlic is fragrant, about 2 minutes
Step 4
Add Kale and carrots to the pan and cook until very slightly wilted, about 1 minute.
Step 5
Split the mixture between two plates and top with parmesan, lemon juice, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
