Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 F
Step 2
Cut sourdough into crouton-sized cubes and spread across baking sheet.
Step 3
Bake croutons for 10-15 minutes or until lightly brown and crispy.
Step 4
In a large pot, add green beans to boiling water. Boil until bright green and crisp, typically 4-5 minutes.
Step 5
Meanwhile, in a large mixing bowl, combine soft (or melted) butter, Tabasco, and garlic juice to your liking. Note: It should taste quite strong because it will be distributed between all of the croutons.
Step 6
As soon as croutons are ready, add them to the butter mixture. Stir until evenly coated.
Step 7
Once cooked, drain the green beans and allow them to dry off a little bit. Once dry, add the green beans to the mixing bowl with the croutons.
Step 8
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese as desired (the more, the better!), and stir to combine.
