Roll out dough, add to dish, fork bottom, add beads, cook for 15min at 220

Finely chop onions and fry with mince. Add spices such as Italian herbs, chili or whatever you like. Once cooked add grated garlic, pesto, creme fraiche. Add some chopped basil as well

Slice the large tomato and grate Parmesan - a handful. Add filing to pie after letting pie rest a bit. On top of pie, add sliced tomatoe and sprinkle Parmesan. Cook for 25min on 220
Step 4
Make Bruschetta filing to go on top of pie: slice tomatoes, silver onion, basil and mix with olive oil, salt pepper.
Step 5
Add bruschetta mix on top of pie and add burrata on top, decorate with basil on olive oil. Serve with a side salad
