Mix together water, discard and oil. Whisk well. Add dry ingredients on top, add dry ingredients. Using hands, knead together slowly). Flip onto counter and knead for five minutes. Cover with damp towel, leave for 30 minutes. After thirt minutes, knead again for 30 seconds and push the dough onto itself (like how you shape bread). Leave for hour. After that, preheat pan (medium low). Cut into ten, shape into small balls. Well flour counter. Push into circle, roll (not as thin as a tortilla, but quite thin). Cook on pan for about a minute each side.
