Step 1
Cut into thin strips. Separate vegetables & meat.
Sliced bamboo
Step 2
Heat pan/wok. Pour some oil into it. After heated, put strips into pan. Cook till nearly well done.
Step 3
Mix vegetables with meat. Pour oyster sauce (60%) & fish sauce (40%). The amount depends on how strong you want the flavor.
