Instructions

Step 1
Combine 8 eggs into a bowl, 1/2 cup greek yogurt, 1 TSP garlic salt, 1 TSP chives and whisk together.
Step 2
Add mixture to pan on low heat and scramble until fully cooked.
Step 3
On medium heat, add 1lb chicken breast a pan along with 1 taco seasoning packet. Cook for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Sauce: Combine 4 TBSP light mayo, 2 TBSP siracha. Mix together until smooth.
Step 5
Assemble burrito with 1/4 egg, 1/4 chicken, 1/4 cup cheese, top with sauce. Toast burrito on both sides.
