Instructions
Step 1
Halve, peel, and thinly slice one onion. Finally dice other one. Quarter lemons. Trim and discard roots from lettuce. Separate leaves.
Step 2
In a small bowl, combine sliced onion, juice from two lemons, 1 tsp sugar, salt, and pepper. Microwave for 30 seconds and set aside to pickle, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, combined sour cream, mayonnaise, 1-1/2tsp of garlic powder, and to squeeze of lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
He drizzle of oil in a large pan and add diced onion and a pinch of salt. One softened, add in turkey, shawarma spice blend, and remaining garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper. Once cooked through, stirins stock concentrate and 1/3c water. Reduce heat to medium low and simmer until thickened.
