Instructions

Step 1
Rinse your rice until the water runs clear
Step 2
Add the rice and all liquid ingredients/spices to the rice cooker. Also add water to match the 1,5 rice cup line and give it a quick stir to make sure all liquids are combined.
Step 3
After adding the water, add your vegetables of choice on top of your rice (I added edemame and corn).
Step 4
Add your salmon (if with skin - skin side up) on top of the rice/vegetables.
Step 5
Run the rice cooker on the cycle for your type of rice.
Step 6
When it finishes cooking, remove the skin of the salmon and mix the salmon and veggies through the rice. Add kewpie mayo and Sriracha as per your taste.
