Instructions
Step 1
Mix dry ingredients together (except for chocolate chips).
Step 2
Mix wet ingredients together in a separate bowl (slightly melt if necessary to blend, and then let cool completely).
Step 3
Add all ingredients together and mix. *Mixture should NOT be crumbly. Depending on how much oil is in your natural PB, you may need to add more melted coconut oil until you reach a sticky/wet dough consistency.
Step 4
Then mix in chocolate chips by hand. Line an 8x8" pan with parchment paper and press evenly.
Step 5
Chill for 30 mins in freezer then cut into bars!
