Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Combine 2/3 cup peanut powder and 1/4 cup water into medium bowl until smooth.

Mix in oats, baking powder, and a couple dashes of salt, if desired.

Onto a sheet tray lined with a silicone mat or parchment paper, drop 12 messy balls of dough, approximately 1.5 Tablespoons per cookie. Sprinkle granulated sugar onto each dough mound and cross hatch each with a fork, flattening slightly.
