Instructions

Step 1
Add the ingredients (except jam) to a bowl and add water slowly until a batter is formed.
Step 2
If you have a donut tray, spray with low- cal oil O prevent sticking, If not, spray a muffin tin with low-cal spray and make tinfoil cylinders. Place them in the middle of the muffin holders to make a donut hole.
Step 3
Pour the batter evenly into the donut tray or around the tinfoil in the muffin tin.
Step 4
Cook 180C for 4 mins.
Step 5
Pull the tinfoil out and put in the low calorie jam (or whatever filling you prefer)
