Instructions

Step 1
Get a large bowl then add the sunflower flax pumpkin sesame poppy and chia seeds then mix together

pumpkin seedspumpkin seeds70 grams
sesame seedssesame seeds60 grams
poppy seedspoppy seeds3 Tbsp
chia seedschia seeds2 Tbsp
Step 2
Add psyllium husk salt hot water and oil then mix and let sit covered for 20 minutes . Put baking paper on a tray then push the seed mixture firmly into the tray pressing down. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 150c 302 f then take out and cut into squares

Step 3
Turn the oven up to 160 c 320 f then place the crackers on a tray with a wire rack and bake for another 15 minutes .
