Step 1
You'll need some oil to fry the chicken pakora in , I use sun flower oil, ensure it is at 180 degrees
Step 2

Chop chicken into pieces and put all your ingredients into a bowl or whatever
Step 3

Mix the flour and spices together and whisk the water into it
Step 4

Coat the chicken into the batter
Step 5
Fry the chicken pakora for 3 to 4 mins until you hear a sizzling sound
Step 6

Let the oil drain off and serve ! Enjoy!
