Dhaba Style Chicken

Instructions

Step 1
Deep fry the chicken pieces until it get’s a nice light golden color. Do not overcook the chicken.
Step 2
Take the chicken out and let it rest.
Step 3
Slice the onions and chop the tomatoes. Mince the garlic cloves.
Step 4
Heat up a pan with some sunflower oil and add the onions. Sauté the onions until they become translucent and add the tomatoes.
Step 5
Add the minced garlic cloves and ginger paste.
Step 6
Add the fried chicken to the pan.
Step 7
Add the coriander powder, chili flakes, cumin seeds, black pepper and salt. Mix the ingredients so that they can be cooked thoroughly.
Step 8
Add some green chillies (whole or cut in parts).
Step 9
Put a lid on the pan and let the chicken simmer for 5 to 10 minutes on low to medium heat.
Step 10
Add the yoghurt, dried fenugreek and butter.
Step 11
Mix the dish again. Your dish is ready to be served!
