My most viral recipe of 2022 AND 2021 😳 let’s keep it rolling for 2023 too?! 🙊🙊 it tastes like a chocolate chip cake but is low in sugar and contains only ingredients you’d use in a regular bowl of oatmeal! Plus it’s gluten & dairy free 🫶
Ingredients
1/2 cup oats
1/2 banana (the spottier the better!)
1 egg
1/4 cup milk of choice (I used homemade cashew)
Pinch of salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
Chocolate chips
Optional - 1 tbsp sweetener of choice if you want it sweetener (honey, maple syrup, coconut sugar, brown sugar are all good options!)
Directions👇🏼
1) add all ingredients (except choc chips) to a blender and blend until fully combined
2) pour batter into an oven-safe baking dish
3) top with chocolate chips
4) bake at 350F for 20-25 ish minutes
