Instructions
Step 1
Sauté onions and mushrooms
Step 2
Combine chickpeas (mashed), onions, mushrooms, eggs, brown rice, corn, carrots, tomato paste, seasoning, and flour in a bowl
Step 3
Shape into 4 large (or 6 smaller) patties. If mixture is too wet, add more flour.
Step 4
Fry burgers with olive oil until golden (~4 minutes each side)
Step 5
Meanwhile, assemble burgers with tomato, beetroot, pineapple, spinach, avocado, and bbq sauce
