Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, add in brown sugar, eggs, salt, and vanilla and beat it together with a hand/stand mixer until pale and light in color and set aside
Step 2
In a pan, brown your butter and melt in your chocolate and add into your whisked eggs and sugar mixture
Step 3
beat it together until combined and sift it your dry ingredients, fold it in and pour it into your baking dish
Step 4
Bake at 180c for 25-30 minutes (until toothpick comes out crumbly)
Step 5
Let it cool before serving
