Instructions
Step 1
Make chicken strips in airfryer or oven according to package instructions
Step 2
Add sliced onion to a hot small/medium pan and add in dashi, soy sauce, mirin, sugar, sake (if using).
Step 3
Let it boil together for a minute or so and beat two eggs together in a small bowl.
Step 4
Lower your heat to low and add your beaten eggs to the mixture.
Step 5
save 1/3 of it for later, if you’d like
Step 6
Slowly swirl your pan to cook the eggs.
Step 7
Add in your crispy chicken strips whole or chopped up and let it simmer in there until the eggs get cooked but still a bit wet.
Step 8
Pour the rest of your egg mixture onto the chicken strips if you have egg mixture left.
Step 9
Let it cook until eggs are 80% done and turn off heat. Sprinkle on green onions and serve over rice!
