Easy Granola

Easy granola! Use whatever mix ins you like. Nuts and seeds can be cooked but leave things like dried fruit, coconut and chocolate out until cooled. Serve with milk or over a yogurt parfait, or snack on it dry.

Instructions

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except dried fruit & chocolate to coat. Spread on a parchment lined pan and press down with a wooden spoon or spatula to pack it down- this will create clusters. Bake at 350°F for 10-15 minutes until edges start to brown. Allow to cool for at least 30 minutes before transfer in game to a bowl and mixing in dried fruit or chocolate. Coconut flakes can also be added here if desired.
