High Protein Black Lentil Wraps

These wraps are perfect if you are trying to eat more healthy. They are a great source of protein and are high in potassium magnesium and calcium . They are also are flour free so great for anyone with gluten intolerance . Fill with whatever you want and enjoy !

Instructions
Step 1
Wash and drain 1 cup of black lentils ( sub brown lentils if you cannot find black ) then place in a bowl cover with water and let soak a few hours or overnight
Step 2
Rinse and drain the lentils then add to a blender with garlic powder cumin salt and cayenne pepper and cover with water . Blend until smooth .
Step 3
Pour a ladle of the mixture onto a non stick pan on medium heat . Cover with a lid and cook about 2 minutes then flip and let the top cook for a few seconds ( important to note stir the batter before every pour or you may get a runny bit of liquid in the pan )
Step 4
I use a little oil on kitchen paper in between each wrap to ensure it doesn’t stick . Once cooked fill with your favorite fillings or even leave them go cold and use them for your lunch wrap. Enjoy
