These wraps are a great alternative to bread . They are gluten free high in protein and very nutritious. Eat warm with toppings or serve cold with sandwich fillings

Instructions
Step 1
Wash lentils then soak in water for a few hours . Sun brown lentils if you can’t find black lentils

Step 2
Rinse and drain the lentils then add to a blender with garlic powder salt cumin cayenne and cover with water . Blend until smooth .

Step 3
Pour batter onto a non stick pan . I use a kitchen paper with a very small amount of oil just to lubricate the surface . Spread out the batter then cook on medium heat . You can put the lid on to speed up the cooking process . Cook about 2-3 minutes then flip and cook another few seconds . Important to note the batter should be given a stir before pouring so the water doesn’t separate and leave a runny mess in your pan
Step 4
Cook the rest then serve with warm fillings or serve cold with sandwich fillings . I love to eat these for lunch
