Toast the bread slices, and allow them cool to avoid wilted lettuce.

Spread mayo on one side of the first slice of toast. Top with lettuce and tomato.

Add the second slice of toast and top with cheese, turkey, ham and bacon.

Add the third piece of toast and secure the sandwich with toothpicks and cut into 4 triangles.
