Chicken Teriyaki

Instructions

Step 1
1. Cut the chicken into bite size pieces, season the chicken with salt and black pepper and set aside.
Step 2
2. Make the sauce by combining together chicken broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic and ginger paste, cornstarch and whisk well.
Step 3
3. Put a skillet on high heat, add in oil once the oil is hot, add in the chicken and cook the chicken until golden for about 10 minutes.

4. Next pour in the sauce and cook until the sauce is thickened it should take about 5 minutes.
Step 5
5. Serve with white rice and some sautéed or steamed vegetables, garnish with some scallions and enjoy!
