Instructions

Step 1
Cook wings in airfryer at 200°C for approx 25mins. Shake the basket 2-3 times during cooking to flip the wings.
Step 2
While the wings are cooking prepare the sauce. Over a medium heat mix together soy sauce, garlic, ginger, brown sugar, honey and pepper, stirring constantly.
Step 3
As sugar melts and honey thins begin adding cornflour a pinch at a time. Keep stirring in the cornflour until you have the desired consistency for your sauce, then remove from heat.
Step 4
When wings are cooked place them in a large bowl and pour the sauce over and toss to coat.
