Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 230°C.
Step 2
Arrange the fish fingers on a large baking tray and cook for 7 minutes.
Step 3
Slice the avocado and finely slice the red onion. Cut the yellow bell pepper into strips. Halve the cucumber and finely slice.
Step 4
Take the fish fingers out of the oven, turn them, and put them back in to cook for another 3 minutes.
Step 5
Wrap the tortilla wraps in foil. When the oven timer goes, add the foil-wrapped tortillas to a lower shelf of the oven and cook everything for another 4 minutes.
Step 6
Spread each tortilla with soft cheese, then spoon over the sweet chilli sauce.
Step 7
Top each tortilla with some shredded lettuce, sliced avocado, red onion, bell pepper and cucumber.
Step 8
Top each wrap with 3 fish fingers, squeeze over a little lemon juice to taste, and season. Roll up and cut in half to serve.
