CRISPY SALAD

400ggreen cabbage
very finely shredded

1 cupmint leaves

1 cupbean sprouts

2spring onions
thinly sliced diagonally

300gbroccoli florets
chopped

80galmonds
slivered, toasted and chopped
Instructions
Step 1
To make the crispy salad, combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
Step 2
Divide among serving plates.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a large non-stick wok over high heat, add the pork and garlic paste and stir-fry for 5 minutes. Add the hoisin sauce and lemon juice and stir-fry for 1 minute or until well combined and the pork is cooked through.
Step 4
Spoon the hot pork mixture alongside the crispy salad and serve.
