Instructions
Step 1
Start baking the iberico and the bacon on low heat, with the garlic. Add pepper and a bit of salt.
Step 2
In the meantime start cooking the pasta.
Step 3
When the bacon is crispy, and has let a decent amount of oil, take out the gralic, turn off the heat.
Step 4
Add the pasta, the scramlet eggs, pepper and salt, with some water
Step 5
Stir the pasta, if needed add more water from the leftover pasta cooking water. The cream will come from the water, eggs and oil of the iberico/bacon
Step 6
Serve it on a plate and add some more freshly ground pepper
