Instructions

Step 1
Place defrosted fillets in a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients.
Step 2
Let it soak for 10 mins.
Step 3
Fry on medium heat for 5-6 mins. At 3 mins flip. Wait 2 mins and add a bit of the marinade. Cover with lid. Make sure fish turns completely white and is opaque.
