Step 1
Finely chop veggies and mince garlic. Brown sausage over medium heat them add vegetables and garlic and oregano, salt & pepper, sautรฉ until softened, a few minutes. Add pasta, water & bouillon. Bring to a boil and cook uncovered over medium/high heat until pasta is cooked through and liquid is absorbed. Mix through condensed soup and cook a minute to heat. Top with shredded mozzarella and cover to melt cheese.
