Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the Pasta (Make-Ahead):

Cook the gluten-free pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set it aside.

Drizzle a little olive oil over the cooked pasta to prevent sticking. Toss it gently to coat, and then refrigerate it in an airtight container until you're ready to assemble and bake the dish.

Prepare the Shrimp and Broccoli (Make-Ahead):

In a skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat.

Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
