Ingredients

10 Tablespoonsflaxseed flour
2 cupsdashi
1 ½ teaspoonbouillon
For optimal results, use my homestyle "Sabaw Maro" otherwise it will not taste accordingly
1 cupoat milk
⅙ teaspoonground celery seeds
⅓ teaspoononion powder
⅓ teaspoongarlic powder
½ teaspoonsea asparagus
dried
¼ teaspoonsichuan peppercorns

Instructions
Step 1
Add oil in a saucepan over medium heat & let it heat for 3 minutes.
Step 2
Gradually add the flour, whisk continuously for 3-5 minutes, until it has the consistency of wet sand. Remove from heat.
Step 3
Add a third of the dashi, whisk well & repeat once more
Step 4
Add the remainder of the dashi, bouillon, milk & seasonings, whisk continuously.

Return to heat and bring to a near boil. Continue to whisk until it begins to get very thick. Immediately remove from heat.
