⅙ teaspoonground celery seeds
⅓ teaspoononion powder
⅓ teaspoongarlic powder
½ teaspoonsea asparagus

Instructions
Step 1
Add oil in a saucepan over medium heat & let it heat for 3 minutes.

Step 2
Gradually add the flour, whisk continuously for 3-5 minutes, until it has the consistency of wet sand. Remove from heat.

Add a third of the dashi, whisk well & repeat once more

Add the remainder of the dashi, bouillon, milk & seasonings, whisk continuously.

Step 5
Return to heat and bring to a near boil. Continue to whisk until it begins to get very thick. Immediately remove from heat.
