Ingredients

¼ cupcoconut amino
3 Tablespoonsdate sugar
2 teaspoonssesame oil
1 tablespoonrice vinegar
2 Tablespoonsalmond butter
2garlic cloves
finely minced
2 teaspoonssriracha sauce
¼ teaspoonground pepper
1 tablespoonwater
1 teaspoonkudzu starch
1 cupgarlic chives
finely chopped
¼ teaspoonchinese five spice
for optimal results, use my homestyle "Ådobu", otherwise it will not taste quite accordingly
1 ½ teaspoonsgochujang sauce
Instructions
Step 1
In a small saucepan over medium high heat whisk together the coconut sauce, date sugar, sesame oil, rice vinegar, almond butter, garlic, chives, sriracha, gochujang, Ådobu & pepper.
Step 2
In a small bowl combine water and cornstarch. Whisk it into the sauce. Continue to simmer until it starts to thicken. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
