Instructions
Step 1
Place all the ingredients, except the pasta and stock, in the slow cooker, stir and season to taste. Cook on high for 3 hours or low for 5-6 hours, then blitz the sauce with a handheld blender until smooth.

Step 2
Add the pasta and stock and cook for another 45-50 minutes, stirring after 30 minutes.
