Step 1
Melt butter.
Step 2
Whip eggs until fluffy, add the flour, baking powder, salt, cottage cheese, melted butter and half the shredded cheese. Add any other veggies or meats here.
Step 3
Place mixture in a greased 9 by 13 inch baking dish. Top with the remaining cheese. Bake at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes. Then reduce temperature to 350 and continue to bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the top is lightly browned.
Step 4
Cool, cut into squares for serving
