Crustless Courgette and Cheese and Herb Quiche

Instructions

Step 1
Pre heat oven to 180 degrees fan.
Step 2
In a mixing bowl crack in the eggs and also add the oregano, chives, pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Give it a good whisk until the eggs are fluffy.
Step 3
Add in the rest of the and give it a mix so everything is combined and you have a batter.
Step 4
Tip into a quiche or cake tin (greased or lined with baking paper if your not using non stick). Bake in the oven for 40 minutes I used the cake test and made sure my skewer came out of the center clean.
Step 5
Leave in the tin to rest for 10 miniutes. Serve warm or cold. Enjoy 😊
